WEEKLY RENT
$200 / week
Accepted payment methods: Zelle and CashApp Weekly payment plans available
MOVE-IN TOTAL
$400 total
$200 refundable security deposit + $200 first week
Deposit refundable per Texas Property Code §92
No hidden fees. Late fee: $25 after a 3-day grace period. Limited assistance or flexible move-in support may be available for qualified applicants. Please ask — cost should never
be the reason you don't get help.
